We just got the word that we are going home from the hospital this evening!!!
Claire will be finishing up her strong antibiotic by either by injection or orally for the next 3 days and after that it's down to a daily dose of preventative antibiotics. She'll be on those for 6-8 weeks, until we meet with a urologist to further evaluate her reflux, do some more scans, and start discussing treatments plans.
Thanks to everyone that has helped us through this small (but big) episode.

Just wanted to let you know that we have been keeping up with your blog for the past week since dad told me about Claire. Ya'll have been in our thoughts and prayers and hope Claire gets to feeling better (as well as Mom and Dad as I am sure you are both exhausted too). Sorry I didn't post a comment earlier. All 4 of us got that lovely stomach bug that has been going around!
